City of Orem CARE Program

Cultural Arts Mini & Mid-Major Grant Application

The City of Orem CARE Application, due by 5:00 PM on February 28, 2026, covers activities between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027, which would be supported by CARE grant funds.

If you are a new applicant to the City of Orem CARE program, you may be asked to fill out an additional questionnaire for us to better understand who you are and your operations.

As a note, one of the limitations of this application system is the inability to save & continue your application. To help make this easier, here is a document that has all of the questions you will need to answer. You can use this document to answer the questions offline and then copy/paste them into the application when you are ready to submit.
