The Orem Events Commission and the City of Orem jointly determine the cause or purpose that will benefit from the 2025 Lights On - Wreath Auction. This charity auction features holiday wreaths, designed and crafted by community members in accordance with the annual theme. Wreaths are donated to be auctioned. Community members, businesses, and organizations are invited to participate in the silent auction. All proceeds from the auction are collected by the Orem Community Foundation and allocated to support the chosen cause for the year.
This year's beneficiary is the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument - The Gold Star Memorial will be dedicated as a memorial to honor the families of Orem’s servicemen and women whose lives were lost in defense of our nation. The memorial will be located in the Freedom Plaza at the Orem City Center.

Wreath Applications:
Applications are open to community members, artists, and local businesses. The first 25-30 wreaths will be accepted for this inaugural year.
Wreath Theme:

This year's theme commemorates the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the birth of our nation. Please keep in mind that wreaths that are designed for general audiences sell the best. Wreaths that are designed with a theme that addresses a controversial issue or view may not sell as well. All designs must be respectful and suitable for a general audience.
