Cash or Surety Bond for $1,000 (Class D Only)

After submitting all of your attachments, please wait 3 business days and then come to the Orem Public Safety Building with your government-issued photo ID to complete a background check. If your background check passes, we will be able to issue your alcohol license in the same visit.
